"I called Gilbert and he was able to get me an appointment within two days. I have a sprinkler system with two stations and one had stopped working a couple of months ago. I didn't notice because they go off really early. Gilbert came by the house on the date that we had prescribed and exactly at the agreed time. He started by looking at the valves and noticed that the system would work manually. He then looked at my program box and figured out that the problem was there wasn't any time set for station 2. I don't know how that happened but I was happy that my system didn't need any major repair. He then told me not to worry about that he wasn't going to charge me anything for the job. I felt really grateful and asked him to quote me to add a sprinkler system to my backyard. He's very professional and really sincere. I look forward to working with him again. Definitely recommend.
